We are developing a series of weekly workshops, launching in 2023, for food lovers to learn some intricate fish and shellfish preparation techniques followed by cooking demonstrations and of course, the eating.

Launching in February with our 'Introduction to fish-skills and cookery workshop',  we have decided to focus on Shellfish for our second series and what better to accompany shellfish than hand made Pasta.

Selling and serving fresh, locally caught wet fish from our counter alongside a display fridge full of fresh produce such as picked crab and lobster, preserved and smoked fish, game, sauces, stews and dressings
